Before founding the firm, Mr. Kennedy served as a partner at a major law firm and held an in-house General Counsel role, giving him a rare combination of outside counsel rigor and in-house business acumen.
Mr. Kennedy served in the United States Marine Corps. He lives in Springfield, Pennsylvania with his wife Jaclyn and their four children.
